How we ship
- Carrier: UPS Ground (and UPS Ground Saver / 3-Day where available). Rates are calculated at checkout from the actual case weights of your order.
- Stocked items ship from Sugar Land, TX within 5–7 business days.
- Special-order items (Dot Foods catalog) ship in 14–21 days. Stocked and special-order items may arrive separately.
- Refrigerated & frozen items ship Monday–Wednesday only with ice packs or dry ice; a cold-chain fee is shown at checkout.
- Local pickup is free at our warehouse — choose it at checkout and we'll email you when the order is ready.
- Pallet orders: LTL freight quoted on request. Request a quote.
Tracking
A UPS tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Damaged or short shipments: email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund.
