Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse in Sugar Land, TX (Houston area). Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment via UPS, FedEx or LTL freight depending on size. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination; freight quotes are provided for pallet-size orders. Local pickup is available for approved accounts by appointment. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report shortages or damage within 48 hours with photos.
