Refund policy

Because we sell in wholesale case packs, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery to support@bayouwholesale.com with your order number and photos; we will replace the item or issue a credit. Returns of unopened, resalable cases may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
